Continuous Learning

At Unscripted Academy, we know that these skills; Communication, Teamwork, Creativity, Confidence, Resilience, are not skills that can be attained over night. In order for the sessions to be most effective, they need to be taken as part of continuing personal and professional development.

Whilst each workshop will give you exercises and tools to work on the specific skillset, consistent real-world practice and a 'throw yourself in the deep end' mentality is required in order to see any tangible growth.

Each module is set up to cover the fundamentals of that skillset, and for each to be effective, each module should be taught in its entirety.

Our workshops are experiential and interactive. No two workshops are ever the same, they are crafted for the individuals. Participants will be asked to look inwards, acknowledge their authenticity, discover new ideas from their personal self-reflection, and put those ideas into practice in order to challenge their growth.

Unscripted Academy was created with an idea in mind that in order to grow, we must be continually working on understanding ourselves, knowing our flaws, as well as our strengths, so that we can develop where needed, and be confident in our successes. The flexibility to cater for participant's differences within the course structure means courses can be customised to fit the needs of the staff, and requirements of the company, offering anything from a 90-minute workshop, to a full day retreat.
